By purchasing any GKI/Bethlehem Lighting Tree, 14' or higher, the purchaser warrants that such tree WILL be properly installed by professional installers ONLY and purchaser assumes all responsibility and liability for: the correct and proper installation and maintenance of such tree, and any and all damage and/or injury that may occur relating to the installation of such tree.
The only exceptions are Residential Frame Trees 15' (177940, 100024205, 100024206). These trees are designed for residential installation and can ship to private residences.
